Ingredientes:
1 copo 180 ml água de coco
1/2 xícara de frutas vermelhas congeladas (framboesa, amora, morango)
1 colher suco de limão
1 colher ( sobremesa) farinha de amora
Adoçante se necessário

Modo de preparo:
Bata todos os ingredientes e sirva a seguir.
